Please read them carefully before entering. 1. Promoter These competitions are operated by Charter Competitions. Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated. Employees of Charter Competitions and their immediate family members may not enter. By entering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. 3. Entry Tickets must be purchased through the Charter Competitions website unless using the free postal entry route. Each valid paid or free postal entry has an equal chance of winning. There is no limit on the number of entries unless stated on an individual competition page. Entries become valid once payment has been successfully processed or a qualifying free postal entry has been received and accepted. 4. Free Postal Entry A free email entry route is available for every competition. Full instructions can be found on our Free Entry page. Free email entries must: Be received before the competition closing date. Meet all published requirements. Contain all requested information. Be legible. Incomplete or invalid email entries will not be entered into the draw. 5. Competition Closing Each competition will display a closing date or may close once all available entries have been sold. Charter Competitions reserves the right to extend or amend the closing date where necessary. 6. Winner Selection Winners are selected completely at random using a verified random number generator. Ever y valid entry has an equal chance of winning. Draws may be streamed live on social media channels. The winning ticket number will also be published on our website. 7. Contacting Winners The winner will be contacted using the details provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Charter Competitions reserves the right to select another winner. 8. Prizes Prizes are as described on each competition page. No cash alternative is available unless specifically stated. If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. 9. Refunds Once an entry has been successfully submitted, refunds will not normally be issued unless required by law. If a competition is cancelled, entrants will receive a full refund. 10. Website Availability Whilst every effort is made to keep the website available, Charter Competitions accepts no responsibility for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control. 11. Fraudulent Entries We reserve the right to refuse or remove entries where fraud, abuse or manipulation is suspected. 12. Limitation of Liability Charter Competitions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in any competition, expect where liability cannot legally be excluded. 13. Privacy Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation. 14. Changes Charter Competitions reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. The latest version will always be published on this website. 15. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
